AutoFrontal became the pivot of our company  

Our customers quickly realised the advantage of diagnostic tools and data access via license plate. 

They appreciated the possibility of self-service 24/7 in the form of a searchable TSB database. 

Our own hotline people had over time compiled a database of known faults and problems in cars that might as well be available to our customers. 

Along the way, more and more people realised the considerable time saving of a suitable work procedure in connection with the use of programs and equipment as well as hotline. Today, none of our customers can do without the possibility of saving and reactivating cases, if the problem recurs or the car comes back with a different problem
