Locate the cause of low rail pressure
How does it work?
When using a simple exclusion principle, you can check 6-cylinder diesel engines to see whether a low rail pressure is caused by an injector leak or a problem with the high-pressure pump.
FLOW GAUGE FOR RETURN FLOW
Check the return flow of injectors
If a diesel engine has starting problems, when it has not been started for a while, a faulty injector may be the cause. Find the fault by comparing the injector return flows.
BLOCKING ADAPTER KIT
Check the performance level of the high-pressure pump
Fit a blocking adapter instead of the pump regulator and check the maximum performance level of the high-pressure pump.
ANALOGUE HIGH-PRESSURE MEASUREMENT
Check the performance level of the analogue high-pressure pump
Fit the kit to the high-pressure output of the pump and measure the exact pressure.
LOW-PRESSURE CONTROL KIT
Check the low-pressure side of the rail system
With this kit you can check the feed pressure or the high-pressure pump suction.
