If we use an external credit information company, information about the supplier will be included in this section or disclosed in connection with the assessment.
Order and accounting information is generally stored for five years from the end of the financial year to which the material relates. Information may be stored longer if necessary for a warranty, complaint, dispute or regulatory case.
Delivery and wholesale invoicing
In order to deliver an order, we may disclose necessary information to our carriers and their subcontractors.

Information about criminal offences or sensitive information is only processed when necessary, relevant and lawful.
Applications from candidates who are not hired will generally be deleted no later than [six months] after rejection, unless the candidate has consented to longer storage.
Whistleblower scheme
Elektro Partner's whistleblower scheme is delivered via an external whistleblower platform.
Information submitted through the scheme is processed in accordance with a separate privacy notice, which is available in connection with the report.

Storage and deletion
We only retain personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as long as we are required by law.
The expected storage periods are basically:

When the information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
Automated decisions and profiling
As a general rule, we do not make decisions that are based solely on automated processing and that have legal effect or similar significant importance for you.
