Automated decisions and profiling

As a general rule, we do not make decisions that are based solely on automated processing and that have legal effect or similar significant importance for you.

A credit assessment may contain automatic elements. [It should be clarified whether the credit approval is fully automatic, what information is used, and whether a rejection is always reviewed by an employee.]

  • unauthorized access

  • loss or destruction

  • abuse

  • illegal treatment

The measures may include, among other things, access control, backups, encryption, logging, updating systems, employee instructions and data processing agreements.

No internet-based solution can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we continually evaluate and adapt our security measures.

Automatiske afgørelser og profilering

As a general rule, we do not make decisions that are based solely on automated processing and that have legal effect or similar significant importance for you.

A credit assessment may contain automatic elements. [It should be clarified whether the credit approval is fully automatic, what information is used, and whether a rejection is always reviewed by an employee.]

We may use general statistics and segmentation to tailor marketing. This only happens within the framework of your consent and applicable law.

Sikkerhed

Dine rettigheder

Du har efter databeskyttelsesreglerne en række rettigheder.

Du kan blandt andet have ret til:

  • at få urigtige eller ufuldstændige oplysninger rettet

  • at få oplysninger slettet

  • at få behandlingen begrænset
